The Challenge
Time for an upgrade.

Centagon wanted to have Upswing, an app that allows marketing and sales to work together on a collaborative platform, transformed into a cloud-based application on the Salesforce platform.

 

Cloudteam Company was asked to: 

 

  • Rebuild the existing Upswing application on the Force.com platform.

  • Enrich Upswing functionality with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud.

  • Realize seamless integration between online and offline laptop usage.   

The Solution
Joining Salesforce appexchange

Through a complete rebuild of the client-server application on the Force.com platform, we were able to make it an app within the Salescloud. 

This meant that the app will enable users to:

  • Structuring of communication materials and data flows (including authorization models). 

  • Building master presentations functionality and integration with existing sales processes (in Salesforce). 

  • Integration with existing corporate asset databases. 

  • Optimization of local presentations (uniform display of assets). 

The Result
Attaining rich functionality

Together we were able to realize the project as a joined venture and surprising customers with rich functionality compared to the original application. 

We attained great results: 

  • 80% reduction in time spend for collecting assets for presentations (pdf, ppt, video, etc)

  • Assurance that sales will have client-facing meetings with up-to-date marketing materials like corporate branding product marketing material. 

  • Existing Salesforce clients can simply add Upswing from the appexchange, eliminating the need for a complex IT implementation track.
