Our Manufacturing ERP partner, Rootstock Software has recently launched AIRS™ – Artificial Intelligence (AI). Unveiled during the Rooted-In Manufacturing Conference in New Orleans, AIRS marks a significant advancement in leveraging data from the Signal Chain to revolutionise manufacturing decision-making.

In the manufacturing realm, capturing signals across processes such as demand to production, has traditionally posed challenges due to digital maturity gaps. Existing systems often operate in silos, hindering the full potential of Industry 4.0 technologies such as big data analytics, cloud computing and AI.

Recognizing this gap, Rootstock developed AIRS. Built on the Salesforce Einstein Platform, AIRS utilizes Rootstock’s unique ERP dataset (including order, supply, financial, and production data) collected across the Signal Chain to power the Decisioning Platform. AIRS is then able to bridge the physical and digital worlds to enable smart, autonomous decisions that redefine manufacturing innovation.
